Phil Warren Sr.
President & CEO
Since the company’s inception in 1990, Phil Warren, Sr. has developed over 2.5 million square feet of retail projects. With an MBA from Georgia State and a BS from Georgia Tech, he oversees the development activities of the company. In his free time Phil is an avid golfer, enjoys sailing and traveling with his wife Sarah.

Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a BS in Economics, Phil worked for The Shopping Center Group, LLC in Nashville, TN specializing in both tenant and landlord representation. In 2006 he joined Warren Commercial and now manages the operation of the company. In his free time Phil enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, along with their sons Jack and Cole. He enjoys sailing, traveling with his family and is an instrument rated pilot.
Boyd Guy
Vice President & Development Manager
After beginning his career in the industry in 1999 and managing territories for national retailers in markets throughout the United States, Boyd joined WCRE as Vice President and Development Manager in July 2015. He brings over 20 years of experience to the team as a retail real estate professional specializing in site selection, acquisition, development, leasing, strategic planning, program and pipeline development, and portfolio management.
A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Boyd graduated from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 1996. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, boating and cycling.
Lynne Snell
Associate Broker
Lynne brings 27+ years of experience in acquisitions, development, tenant and landlord representation with an emphasis on single tenant development projects. She is experienced in identifying and negotiating commercial and retail acquisitions along with executing the due diligence required for pre and post development projects. She has developed and executed successful new market retail strategies and completed projects with values of $225K to $25M.
Part of the Nashville community since 2007, Lynne is a tutor for the Nashville Adult Literacy Council. She is a native of Ocean Springs, MS and a graduate of Auburn University. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, gardening, and trips to the dog park.
Gina Fromm
Office/Property Manager
Gina joined Warren Commercial Real Estate in the Fall of 2021 bringing over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry on the Owner, Tenant and Management sides. She also oversees the day-to-day operation of the office and provides marketing campaign coordination. Gina lives in Franklin, TN with her hound, Sammy, and has completely immersed herself in the history of this “small town”.

A true native of Tennessee, Candice brings her extensive accounting talents to the company. Prior experience in a multi-location retail operation gives Candice the added knowledge necessary to oversee numerous accounts. Now residing in Spring Hill, TN, this mother of 2 boys (and 2 dogs) keeps busy attending all their activities.
